Senior Project Advisor Eric Ratzman Honored With Dr. Albert H. Halff Stetson Award

President and CEO Jesica Baker Daily presented the Dr. Halff Stetson Award to Senior Project Advisor Eric Ratzman, honoring him for putting people first, investing in others and making a lasting impact at Halff.

Eric Ratzman has been at Halff for nearly 30 years. In those years, Eric’s dedication has made him a trusted and respected member of the team known for leading with empathy, expertise and a passion for service. He is admired for his willingness to go above and beyond, whether mentoring new team members, tackling complex projects or stepping up to assist when challenges arise.

Eric is known for his collaborative spirit, always fostering teamwork and a supportive environment. His colleagues appreciate his creative approach to problem solving and his ability to inspire others to think outside the box.

“Eric is very deserving of this award,” Jessica said. “He is as high a character person as I’ve ever met. He has always been willing to do what it takes to build the Halff brand and the people of Halff.”

History of the Hat

Halff created the Stetson Award to honor employees who reflect the people-first spirit of firm founder Dr. Halff. It recognizes someone who cares deeply about others, invests in the growth of individuals and makes a difference in our communities. The award also pays tribute to the legendary Stetson hat Dr. Halff often wore.
