Halff collaborated with Harwood International on the pioneering Rolex Building, in the heart of Uptown Dallas.
This iconic project is the eighth building within the Harwood District, an award-winning 19-city-block master plan development with a mixed-use campus.
Halff brought its multi-practice approach, providing land development and landscape architecture teams. We furnished site civil engineering services and prepared infrastructure improvement plans to serve the building including off-site stormwater system upgrades, electric duct bank, water and sanitary sewer design.
As an urban infill project, the entire tract of this unique location was encompassed by an existing building structure and an undersized surrounding public drainage system. Halff proposed innovative solutions to the Harwood team and the City of Dallas to resolve this and other complex challenges.
